摘 要:以苏中地区某通江河道为研究对象,基于其2021—2023年河道考核断面的水质数据,以总磷、氨氮和高锰酸盐指数为研究因子,结合区域气象数据,探讨因子浓度与降水量的关系,分析通江河道汛期水质的变化特征及其原因,为保障汛期通江河道水质提供科学支撑。结果表明,2021—2023年该河道断面水质月均达标率分别为83.3%、72.7%和58.3%,超标月份主要集中在汛期(7、8月)和枯水期(1、2和12月)。考核断面在汛期的水质指标浓度升高明显,其中总磷、氨氮浓度增幅较大,2023年尤为突出,总磷、氨氮和高锰酸盐指数浓度较汛前分别提高2.92倍、17.33倍和0.94倍。究其原因,主要受污水管网、农业面源污染及生活污水地表径流等影响。为保障汛期通江河道水生态环境质量,建议从加强水质加密监测,强化拦蓄污水排查整治,推进农业污染治理,推动乡镇污水处理提质增效,深化工业企业执法监管,以及强化船舶港口污染监管等方面加强管控。A branch of Yangtze River in Central Jiangsu Province was taken as the research object,based on the water quality data of inspection section from 2021 to 2023,the relationship between factor concentration and rainfall was discussed by taking total phosphorus,ammonia nitrogen,and permanganate index as the research factors and combining with regional meteorological data.To provide scientific support for guaranteeing the water quality of the branch of Yangtze River in flood season,the characteristics and causes of water quality in flood season were analyzed.The results showed that from 2021 to 2023,the average monthly water quality of the river section reached the standard at 83.3%,72.7%,and 58.3%,respectively.The months exceeding the standard were mainly concentrated in flood season(July and August)and dry season(January,February,and December).The concentration of water quality index in the examination section increased significantly during flood season,and the concentration of total phosphorus and ammonia nitrogen increased significantly,especially in 2023.The concentration of total phosphorus,ammonia nitrogen and permanganate index increased by 2.92,17.33,and 0.94 times,respectively,compared with the pre-flood concentration.The main reasons are sewage network,agricultural non-point source pollution,and surface runoff of domestic sewage.In order to ensure the quality of the water ecological environment of the branch of Yangtze River in flood season,it is suggested to strengthen the monitoring of water quality encryption,strengthen the investigation and regulation of stored sewage,promote the control of agricultural pollution,promote the quality and efficiency of township sewage treatment,deepen the law enforcement supervision of industrial enterprises,and strengthen the pollution supervision of ships and ports.
