摘　　要：本文以X县为研究区,以“双碳”背景下生态旅游发展的价值理念为切入视角,在分析该地生态旅游发展现状的基础上,剖析了当前该地在生态旅游发展中面临的挑战。该地区旅游资源丰富多样,旅游发展模式有所创新,旅游产品较为多元化,但在生态旅游标准体系、环境信息披露制度、生态旅游基础配套设施、市场监管与公共服务以及宣传引导等方面还面临一些挑战。结合当地实际,分别从生态旅游标准体系、监管体系、基础设施建设、前期规划和宣传教育等方面,探讨县域生态旅游高质量发展的提升策略,为当地生态旅游高质量发展提供参考。The X County was taken as object,and started from the perspective of the value concept of eco-tourism development under the background of“dual carbon target”.The current challenges were analyzed by the area in the development of eco-tourism based on the current status of eco-tourism development there.The region has rich and diverse tourism resources,innovative tourism development models,and diversified tourism products,but it still faced some challenges in the ecotourism standard system,environmental information disclosure system,eco-tourism infrastructure,market supervision and public services,and publicity and guidance.Based on the local reality,the improvement strategies were discussed for the high-quality development of county ecotourism from the aspects of ecotourism standard system,supervision system,infrastructure construction,preliminary planning and publicity and education,etc.,in order to provide references for the high-quality development of local ecotourism.
