体育运动对医学院校大学生心理健康的影响探究

摘  要:目的探究体育运动对医学院校大学生心理健康的影响,为医学院校学生心理健康发展提供指导。方法采用随机抽样法,选取医学院校136名大学生作为研究对象,进行8周运动训练,以快走、慢跑等有氧运动为主。运动前后采用一般健康问卷(GHQ-20)对学生的心理健康水平进行测量。结果相比运动前,运动后学生忧郁、焦虑水平下降,自我肯定程度提高,心理健康状况显著改善。结论运动对大学生心理健康具有良好的干预效果,学校应进一步加强宣传教育,让学生充分认识到运动对身心健康的重要作用,将运动作为提升心理健康水平的重要手段之一。Objective To explore the impact of sports on the collegians′mental health in medical colleges and provide guidance for their mental health development.Methods A random sampling method was used to select 136 collegians from medical colleges as the research subjects for 8 weeks of exercise training,mainly aerobic exercises such as brisk walking and jogging.The General Health Questionnaire(GHQ-20)was used to measure the collegians′psychological health level before and after exercise.Results Compared with before and after exercise,students′levels of depression and anxiety decreased,their self-approval increased,and their mental health significantly improved.Conclusion Exercise has a good intervention effect on collegians′mental health.Schools should further strengthen publicity and education to make students fully aware of the important role of exercise in physical and mental health,and regard exercise as one of the important means to improve their mental health level.
