摘　　要：非连续散料秤作为重要的计量设备,广泛应用于散货行业。本文结合实际应用案例,深入剖析气垫皮带系统中影响散料秤计量精度的典型因素及其作用原理,并提出了相应的解决技术方案,旨在为业内相关课题的研究提供参考。As an important measuring equipment,discontinuous bulk material scales are widely used in the bulk cargo industry.Combined with practical application cases,this paper deeply analyzes the typical factors and working principles that affect the measurement accuracy of bulk material scales in the air cushion belt system,and puts forward corresponding technical solutions,aiming to provide reference for the research of related topics in the industry.
