摘　　要：食品饮料是人们日常生活中不可缺少的食物,其加工质量安全会影响消费者的生命安全。因而进一步加强食品饮料的质量安全控制是保障消费者健康的重要措施,也是食品饮料行业快速稳健发展的基础。本文探讨食品饮料加工质量安全控制的意义,分析食品饮料加工质量安全控制存在的问题,并提出合理的策略,以便为食品饮料行业发展提供更多的参考。Food and beverage is an indispensable food in People’s daily life,the quality and safety of its processing will affect the life safety of consumers.so further strengthening the quality and safety control of food and beverage is an important measure to protect consumer health,but also the basis for the rapid and steady development of the food and beverage industry.This paper discusses the significance of food and beverage processing quality and safety control,analyzes the existing problems in food and beverage processing quality and safety control,and puts forward reasonable strategies in order to provide more references for the development of food and beverage industry.
