雷火灸联合手法按摩电刺激治疗产后盆底肌筋膜疼痛综合征的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨雷火灸联合手法按摩电刺激对产后盆底肌筋膜疼痛综合征的临床疗效。方法选择2022年6月—2023年6月于临沂市妇幼保健院就诊的95例盆底肌筋膜疼痛患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分雷火灸组(33例),电刺激组(31例),联合组(31例)。比较三组病人治疗前后主观疼痛及盆底肌压痛视觉模拟评分(VAS),盆底肌表面肌电评估等测量指标的变化。结果干预前,三组患者主观疼痛VAS评分、盆底肌压痛VAS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,联合组主观疼痛VAS评分低于雷火灸组和电刺激组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组盆底肌压痛VAS评分低于电刺激组和雷火灸组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且电刺激组低于雷火灸组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组有效率明显高于雷火灸组和电刺激组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雷火灸联合手法按摩电刺激能有效减轻产后盆底肌筋膜疼痛综合征患者的疼痛,同时提高盆底肌肌力,提高治疗有效率。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of thunder fire moxibustion combined with manual massage and electrical stimulation on postpartum pelvic fl oor myofascial pain syndrome.Methods A total of 95 patients with pelvic fl oor myofascial pain who were treated in Linyi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were enrolled as the research subjects,and the random number was used to divide the group(33 cases),the electrical stimulation group(31 cases),and the combined group(31 cases).The changes of subjective pain and pelvic fl oor muscle tenderness visual analogue(VAS)score,pelvic floor muscle surface electromyography assessment and other measurement indexes were compared between the three groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the combined subjective pain VAS score group was better than that of the thunder fi re moxibustion group and the electrical stimulation group.After treatment,the combined VAS score of pelvic fl oor muscle tenderness group was better than that of the electrical stimulation group and the thunder fi re moxibustion group.The eff ective rate of the combined group was signifi cantly higher than that of the thunder fi re moxibustion group and the electrical stimulation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of thunder fi re moxibustion combined with manual massage and electrical stimulation can eff ectively reduce the pain symptoms of patients with postpartum pelvic fl oor myofascial pain syndrome and improve the eff ective rate of treatment,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
