摘　　要：复发性口腔溃疡俗称口疮,西医机制未完全明确,其具有自愈性,但易反复发作,十分痛苦,影响患者日常生活。其病机分为外因(外感六邪化火)和内因(心火、肝火、胃火)。王文健教授根据临床应用及经验总结,选用黄连、郁金、土茯苓、金雀根、羊蹄根、丹参组成基本方,采用“同病类证”的治疗观点,针对不同类证(脾胃湿热类证;肝火上炎,肝肾亏虚类证;心火上炎,心肾不交类证;外感类证)进行个体化治疗。“同病类证”的思维方法可以迅速抓住疾病的主要矛盾及关键问题,提高疗效的同时也有利于阐明中医理论的科学内涵,开辟新的治疗思路。Recurrent oral ulcers have a self healing mechanism that is not fully understood in modern medicine.However,they are prone to recurrence and are very painful,aff ecting the daily life of patients.Its pathogenesis is divided into external factors(six pathogenic factors transforming into fi re)and internal factors(heart fi re,liver fi re,stomach fi re).Professor Wang Wenjian,based on clinical application and experience summary,selected Huanglian,Yujin,Tufuling,Jinque Root,Yangti Root,and Danshen as the basic formulas.Based on the theory of"analogous syndrome complex in the same disease",Individualized treatment was carried out for diff erent types of syndromes.The theory of"analogous syndrome complex in the same disease"can quickly grasp the main contradictions and key issues of diseases,improve therapeutic eff ects,and also help clarify the scientifi c connotation of traditional Chinese medicine theory,opening up new treatment ideas.
