中医命门观对老年人健康管理的启示

摘　　要：老年人健康关乎个人、家庭及社会稳定,尤其在人口老龄化背景下,其健康需求更为多样,对健康管理提出更高要求。中医命门学说认为,命门是人体生命活动的根本所在,与老年人的健康保健、疾病防治关联密切。以命门学说为指导,可以深化健康理念,提升老年人自我健康管理认知层次;驱动健康行为,实现不良生活习性的转变;促进心理健康,构筑老年人心理调适体系;创新健康管理,弥补个体化健康服务供需失衡。总体来看,命门学说的融入为老年人自我健康管理提供了有力的理论指导和实践支持,对于推动健康老龄化进程、提升老年人生活质量具有重要意义。Elderly health is paramount for individual,family,and social stability,with aging populations posing diverse health demands.Based on the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)concept of the Life-gate,fundamental to life activities and geriatric health,it deepens health awareness,facilitates lifestyle improvements,promotes mental wellbeing,and fosters tailored health strategies,addressing imbalances in personalized care.Overall,integrating Life-Gate theory significantly strengthens the theoretical and practical foundations of self-health management for the elderly,enhancing the process of healthy aging and their quality of life.
