摘 要:现有的微波检测油水混合溶液的精度需要得以提升,为此提出一种基于谐振腔法微波滤波的结构,其不但可以通过计算管道内充满不同溶液和空气时的S11谐振频率的比值平方,得到介质的相对介电常数,还可以观测其S21低通频点,通过拟合曲线的函数计算得到其含水率。在0%~100%的含水率区间内,得到的仿真结果是:最大误差4.6%、平均误差仅为0.8%,证明该方法测量得到的含水率误差明显较小,有较好的应用前景。The accuracy of the existing microwave detection of oil-water mixing solution needs to be improved,so a microwave filtering structure based on the resonant cavity method is proposed.It can not only obtain the relative permittivity of the medium by calculating the square of the ratio of the resonant frequency of S11 when the pipeline is filled with different solutions and when it is filled with air,but also observe its S21 low-pass frequency point,and obtain its water content by calculating the function of the fitting curve.In the water content interval of 0%~100%,the obtained simulation results are that the maximum error is 4.6%,and the average error is only 0.8%.It is proved that the obtained water content error measured by this method is obviously small and has a good application prospect.
