摘 要:采用MSC.Patran/Nastran软件对海上风电安装船绕桩起重机基座在极限状态多种工况下的响应进行有限元分析。根据风电安装船绕桩起重机基座实际工作海况,考虑自重载荷、环境载荷和起重机载荷,设计8种工况并对起重机基座结构在极限状态下的响应进行有限元分析,采用直接计算的方法评估基座强度。计算结果表明,基座结构响应满足规范要求,起重机基座能够将载荷有效地传递到主船体及加强结构上,起重机基座与主船体连接处和起重机圆转方过渡位置应力较为集中,需要重点关注。通过有限元计算分析得到的有关结论可用于后续绕桩起重机基座的疲劳寿命分析及结构轻量化研究,具有实际工程意义。MSC.Patran/Nastran software is used to conduct finite element analysis on the response of the leg encircling crane pedestal of the jack-up wind turbine installation vessel under various operating conditions in ultimate state.Based on the actual working sea conditions of the leg encircling crane pedestal of the jack-up wind turbine installation vessel,considering self-weight load,environmental load and crane load,8 working conditions are designed and the finite element analysis of the crane pedestal in ultimate state is conducted.The direct calculation method is used to evaluate the strength of the pedestal.The calculation results show that the structural response of the pedestal meets the specification requirements,the crane pedestal can transfer the loads to the main hull and reinforced structure effectively,and the stress is relatively concentrated at the connection between the crane pedestal and the main hull,as well as at the transition position of the crane’s circular rotation,which needs to be paid special attention to.The relevant conclusions obtained through the finite element calculation can be used for the subsequent fatigue life analysis of the leg encircling crane pedestal and the structural lightweight research,which is of practical engineering significance.
