基于微信公众平台的多方位干预模型在结肠镜检查中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于微信公众平台的多方位干预模型在结肠镜检查中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年10月—2023年12月在昆山市第六人民医院行结肠镜检查的200例受试者,随机将受试者分为对照组和微信组,各100例。对照组采用常规肠道准备指导,微信组在对照组基础上采用基于微信公众平台的多方位干预模型。比较两组肠道准备质量、肠道准备清洁度、肠道检查舒适度、满意度评分、不良反应发生情况。结果:两组缓泻剂服用时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);微信组大便总次数和末次大便性状清水样占比高于对照组,微信组末次大便时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。微信组Boston肠道准备量表、满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);检查后3、6h,微信组视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:基于微信公众平台的多方位干预模型能够提高结肠镜检查患者的肠道准备质量、肠道准备清洁度,安全性好,并且受试者满意度、舒适度更高。Objective:To explore the application effect of multifaceted intervention model based on WeChat public platform in colonoscopy.Methods:Two hundred subjects who underwent colonoscopy in Kunshan Sixth People's Hospital from October 2022 to December 2023 were selected,and the subjects were randomly divided into a control group and a WeChat group,one hundred cases each.The control group was guided by conventional bowel preparation,and the WeChat group was guided by a multifaceted intervention model based on the WeChat public platform on the basis of the control group.The quality of bowel preparation,cleanliness of bowel preparation,comfort of bowel examination,satisfaction score,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Comparing the time of laxative administration between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the total number of stools and the percentage of the last stool trait clear water-like were higher in the WeChat group than in the control group,and the time of the last stool in the WeChat group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The Boston Bowel Preparedness Scale and satisfaction scores of the WeChat group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);at 3 and 6 h after the examination,the visual analogue scoring method score of the WeChat group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The multifaceted intervention model based on WeChat public platform can improve the quality of bowel preparation,bowel preparation cleanliness of colonoscopy patients,with good safety,and with higher subject satisfaction and comfort.
