摘  要:目的:探究采取基于营养风险筛查2002(NRS-2002)量表构建的营养支持策略在胃肠手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取东莞市厚街医院于2021年10月—2022年10月收治的96例胃肠手术患者为研究对象。根据分层随机法将纳入患者分为参照组(n=48)和观察组(n=48)。参照组采取常规营养支持,观察组采取基于NRS-2002量表构建的营养支持策略。比较两组营养状态、术后康复情况、生活质量评分及并发症发生率。结果:术后7d,观察组体质量升高,观察组高于参照组(P<0.05);术后7d,两组白蛋白、前白蛋白水平升高,观察组高于参照组(P<0.05);观察组首次排气、首次排便、停止静脉输液、住院时间均短于参照组(P<0.05);出院前1d,两组胃肠道生活质量指数评分升高,观察组高于参照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于参照组(P=0.045)。结论:基于NRS-2002量表构建的营养支持策略有助于胃肠手术患者术后恢复,能够改善术后营养状态,提高生活质量,减少并发症。Objective:To investigate the application of nutritional support strategies based on the Nutritional Risk Screening 2002(NRS-2002)scale in patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery.Methods:Ninety-six gastrointestinal surgery patients admitted to Dongguan Houjie Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected for the study.The included patients were divided into reference group(n=48)and observation group(n=48)according to stratified random method.The reference group adopted conventional nutritional support,and the observation group adopted nutritional support strategies constructed based on the NRS-2002 scale.Nutritional status,postoperative recovery,quality of life score and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:7 d after operation,the body mass of the observation group was elevated,and the observation group was higher than the reference group(P<0.05);7 d after operation,the albumin and prealbumin levels of the two groups were elevated,and the observation group was higher than the reference group(P<0.05);the observation group's first defecation,the first defecation,the cessation of intravenous fluids,and the duration of hospitalization were shorter than that of the reference group(P<0.05);1 d before discharge,the gastrointestinal quality of life index scores of the two groups were elevated,and the observation group was higher than the reference group(P<0.05);the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the reference group(P=0.045).Conclusion:Nutritional support strategy constructed based on NRS-2002 scale helps gastrointestinal surgery patients'postoperative recovery,and can improve postoperative nutritional status,enhance quality of life and reduce complications.
