常规综合治疗联合复元活血汤加减治疗肋骨骨折伴血胸的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析常规综合治疗联合复元活血汤加减治疗肋骨骨折伴血胸的效果。方法:将2021年6月—2024年2月商洛市柞水县中医医院骨伤科收治的肋骨骨折伴血胸患者90例纳入研究,采用随机数字表分为两组。对照组(n=45)应用常规综合治疗,观察组(n=45)在对照组基础上增加复元活血汤加减治疗。对比两组康复时间、疼痛程度、血胸出血量及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组肿胀消退、血胸消失、骨折愈合、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.001);治疗7、14 d后,两组视觉模拟评分法评分降低,血胸出血量减少,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组并发症总发生率对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:常规综合治疗联合复元活血汤加减治疗肋骨骨折伴血胸的效果较好,可缩短康复时间,缓解疼痛,且未增加并发症发生风险。Objective:To analyze the effect of conventional comprehensive treatment combined with Fuyuan Huoxue decoction plus and minus in the treatment of rib fracture with hemothorax.Methods:Ninety patients with rib fracture with hemothorax admitted to the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Shangluo Zhashui County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to February 2024 were enrolled in the study,and were divided into two groups by using a random number table.The control group(n=45)applied conventional comprehensive treatment,and the observation group(n=45)added the treatment of Fuyuan Huoxue decoction plus and minus on the basis of the control group.Compare the recovery time,pain degree,hemothorax bleeding volume and complication occurrence of the two groups.Results:Swelling subsided,hemothorax disappeared,fracture healed,and hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group in the observation group(P<0.001);after 7 and 14 d of treatment,the visual analogue scoring method scores of the two groups decreased,and the hemothorax bleeding volume decreased,which was superior to that of the control group in the observation group(P<0.05);the comparison of the total incidence rate of complications between the two groups did not have any statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Conventional comprehensive treatment combined with Fuyuan Huoxue decoction plus and minus in the treatment of rib fracture with hemothorax is more effective,which can shorten the recovery time,relieve pain,and did not increase the risk of complications.
