温针灸联合早期肢体康复训练对脑梗死后偏瘫患者康复效果的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析温针灸联合早期肢体康复训练对脑梗死后偏瘫患者康复效果的影响。方法:选取2023年5月—2024年5月惠州市中医医院收治的60例脑梗死后偏瘫患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(30例)与观察组(30例)。对照组给予早期肢体康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上联合温针灸。比较两组治疗效果、肢体功能、平衡能力、日常生活能力、并发症发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P=0.025);干预后,两组上肢Fugl-Meye量表、下肢Fugl-Meye量表、Berg平衡量表评分及Barthel指数升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.038)。结论:脑梗死后偏瘫患者应用温针灸联合早期肢体康复训练的效果显著,可促进肢体功能恢复,提高平衡能力及日常生活能力,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To analyze the effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with early physical rehabilitation training on the rehabilitation effect of hemiplegic patients after cerebral infarction.Methods:Sixty patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction admitted to Huizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into the control group(thirty cases)and the observation group(thirty cases).The control group was given early physical rehabilitation training,and the observation group was combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of treatment effect,limb function,balance ability,daily life ability,and the occurrence of complications.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.025);after the intervention,the scores of upper limb Fugl-Meye Scale,lower limb Fugl-Meye Scale,Berg Balance Scale,and the Barthel Index of the two groups were elevated,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);and the total incidence rate of the complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P=0.038).Conclusion:The application of warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with early physical rehabilitation training in hemiplegic patients after cerebral infarction is effective,which can promote the recovery of limb function,improve balance and daily life ability,and reduce the incidence of complications.
