摘　　要：目的:探究认知负荷式饮食教育用于妊娠糖尿病患者孕期健康管理中的效果。方法:80例妊娠糖尿病患者(选取时间:2022年1月—2024年1月)来源于联勤保障部队第九四一医院,采取随机分组法分为对照组(n=40)和研究组(n=40)。对照组给予常规饮食教育,研究组给予认知负荷式饮食教育。比较患者不同方法干预后的效果。结果:干预后1个月,比较血糖水平,两组均降低,且研究组下降更明显(P<0.05);干预后1个月,两组心智努力、心理负荷评分较干预前均下降,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组不良妊娠结局发生率高于研究组(P=0.023);对照组依从率低于研究组(P=0.034)。结论:对妊娠糖尿病患者,实施认知负荷式饮食教育能够改善患者血糖水平与心智努力和心理负荷水平,减少不良妊娠发生,提高依从性。Objective:To explore the effect of cognitive load diet education on pregnancy health management in gestational diabetes patients.Methods:Eighty patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(selected time:January 2022 to January 2024)were from Joint Logistic Support Force 941 Hospital,and were randomly divided into control group(n=40)and study group(n=40).The control group was given conventional diet education,and the study group was given cognitive load diet education.The effects of different intervention methods were compared.Results:One month after the intervention,the blood glucose level of both groups decreased,and the decrease was more obvious in the study group(P<0.05);one month after intervention,the scores of mental effort and mental load in both groups were lower than before intervention,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in control group was higher than that in study group(P=0.023);the compliance rate of the control group was lower than that of the study group(P=0.034).Conclusion:For patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,the implementation of cognitive load diet education can improve the level of blood glucose,mental effort and mental load,reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy,and improve compliance.
