以5A模式指导的分阶段护理在口服卡培他滨致手足综合征患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨以5A模式指导的分阶段护理在口服卡培他滨致手足综合征(HFS)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取中山市人民医院2022年1月—2023年12月100例口服卡培他滨致HFS患者为研究对象,按照随机分组方式分为单一组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。单一组予以常规护理模式,观察组在单一组的基础上加以5A模式指导的分阶段护理。比较两组心理状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分]、手足皮肤反应患者生活质量量表(HFS-QOL)评分及护理满意度。结果:干预前,两组SAS、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组SAS、SDS评分降低,观察组低于单一组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组HFS-QOL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组HFS-QOL评分降低,观察组低于单一组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度较单一组高(P=0.037)。结论:以5A模式指导的分阶段护理可以有效缓解口服卡培他滨致HFS患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高生活质量及护理满意度。Objective:To investigate the application of 5A model-guided staged care in patients with hand-foot syndrome(HFS)caused by oral capecitabine.Methods:One hundred patients with HFS caused by oral capecitabine were selected from January 2022 to December 2023 in Zhongshan People's Hospital,and were divided into a single group(n=50)and an observation group(n=50)according to the random grouping method.The single group was given conventional nursing care,and the observation group was given 5A model-guided staged care on the basis of the single group.Comparing the two groups,the two groups'psychological state[Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score,Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score],Hand and Foot Skin Reaction Patients'Quality of Life Scale(HFS-QOL)score and nursing care satisfaction.Results:Before intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were reduced,and the observation group was lower than the single group(P<0.05).Before intervention,the HFS-QOL scores of the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after the intervention,the HFS-QOL scores of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the single group(P<0.05).The observation group had higher nursing satisfaction than the single group(P=0.037).Conclusion:Staged care guided by the 5A model can effectively alleviate anxiety and depression in patients with HFS caused by oral capecitabine,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
