摘　　要：本研究以外交部长王毅的政治演讲语篇为依托,基于韩礼德系统功能语言学理论,从人际功能视角(包括语气、情态和评价)探讨政治语篇翻译策略。按照原文特定语气的言语功能分析,可以确定译文的语义要素;将原文的情态资源译为非情态资源,能够增强译文的积极人际功能;根据特定语境,对评价系统的态度资源和级差资源的省译或增译,既符合英语规范,也能实现对等的人际功能。对外交演讲语篇中语气、情态和评价资源的灵活意译处理,有助于实现译文与原文等效的人际功能和社会功能,促进国际友好交流并提升我国的国际形象。Based on the theory of Systemic Functional Linguistics of Halliday,this study explores the translation strategies of political discourse from the perspective of interpersonal functions(including mood,modality and appraisal),using Foreign Minister Wang Yi’s political speech discourse as the basis.By analyzing the speech functions of the specific mood in the original text,the semantic elements of the translation can be determined.Translating the modality resources of the original text into non-modal resources can enhance the positive interpersonal function of the translation.Depending on the specific context,the omission or addition of attitude resources and graduation resources in the appraisal system not only conforms to English norms but also achieves equivalent interpersonal functions.Flexible translation of mood,modality,and appraisal resources helps achieve equivalent interpersonal and social functions in the translation,promotes friendly communication between countries,and enhances the positive image of China.
