摘　　要：目的:比较无创呼吸机与BMCH-80高流量湿化氧疗仪治疗呼吸衰竭的效果。方法:评估2020年6月4日~2023年6月4日92例呼吸衰竭患者的临床数据,分析两种设备在改善氧合、酸碱平衡、呼吸频率及患者舒适度方面的效果。结果:新式组在氧合指数、动脉血气、呼吸频率、心率、血压改善上优于传统组(P<0.05),患者依从性更高,并发症发生率低。结论:BMCH-80高流量湿化氧疗仪在提升舒适度和依从性方面有显著优势,为呼吸衰竭治疗提供新选择。需进一步研究以验证结论真实性及探索个性化治疗策略。Objective:To compare the effects of non-invasive ventilators with BMC H-80 high-flow humidified oxygen therapy devices in the treatment of respiratory failure.Methods:Clinical data of 92 patients with respiratory failure from June 4,2020 to June 4,2023 were evaluated to analyze the effects of the two devices on improving oxygenation,acid-base balance,respiratory rate,and patient comfort.Results:The new device group showed superior improvement in oxygenation index,arterial blood gas,respiratory rate,heart rate,and blood pressure compared to the traditional device group(P<0.05),with higher patient compliance and lower complication rates.Conclusion:The BMC H-80 high-flow humidified oxygen therapy device has significant advantages in enhancing comfort and compliance,providing a new option for the treatment of respiratory failure.Further research is needed to verify the authenticity of the conclusions and to explore personalized treatment strategies.
