摘　　要：目的:分析心电图QRS波时程比值联合实时三维超声心动图的应用价值。方法:选取2023年1月~2023年12月50例心力衰竭患者作为观察组,并选取同时期50例健康体检者作为对照组,两组均行心电图检查以及超声心动图检查,比较两组心电图、超声心动图各指标的差异;并比较观察组内不同心功能分级患者心电图指标的差异;最后通过Pearson相关性法分析心力衰竭患者心电图QRS波时程比值、左室射血分数、左室舒张末期容积、左室收缩末期容积与心功能分级的相关性。结果:①观察组心电图、超声心动图各指标与对照组相比,差异有意义(P<0.05);②心功能Ⅳ级患者心电图指标与心功能Ⅲ级、Ⅱ级患者相比,差异有意义(P<0.05);③Pearson相关性法分析发现,心力衰竭患者心电图QRS波时程比值、左室射血分数与心功能分级存在负相关性(P<0.05),而左室舒张末期容积、左室收缩末期容积与心功能分级存在正相关性(P<0.05)。结论:心电图QRS波时程比值联合实时三维超声心动图的应用价值高,能够有效评估心力衰竭患者的病情状况。Objective:To analyze the application value of QRS time-history ratio combined with real-time three-dimensional echocardiography.Methods:50 patients with heart failure from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the observation group,and 50 healthy subjects in the same period of time were selected as the control group.ECG and echocardiography were performed in both groups,and the differences of ECG and echocardiography indexes were compared between the two groups.The ECG indexes of patients with different cardiac function grades in observation group were compared.Finally,Pearson correlation method was used to analyze the correlation between ECG QRS time history ratio,left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular end-diastolic volume,left ventricular end-systolic volume and cardiac function grade in patients with heart failure.Results:①The ECG and echocardiogram indexes in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05);②The ECG index of patients with cardiac function gradeⅣwas significantly different from those with cardiac function gradeⅢand gradeⅡ(P<0.05);③Pearson correlation analysis showed that ECG QRS time-history ratio and left ventricular ejection fraction were negatively correlated with cardiac function grade(P<0.05),while left ventricular end-diastolic volume and left ventricular end-systolic volume were positively correlated with cardiac function grade(P<0.05).Conclusion:ECG QRS time-history ratio combined with real-time three-dimensional echocardiography has high application value,can effectively evaluate the condition of patients with heart failure.
