摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病合并复杂性皮肤及软组织感染患者的药学监护及意义。方法临床药师全程参与1例2型糖尿病合并复杂性皮肤及软组织感染患者的诊疗过程,开展药学查房,评估患者病情及用药情况,协助医师制定药物治疗方案和及时调整用药,并实施药学监护,处理不良反应。结果患者感染有效控制,并发症消失,血糖恢复正常。结论临床药师通过参与临床治疗实践,协助医师制定药物治疗方案并实施药学监护,有利于提高糖尿病合并复杂皮肤软组织感染患者的药物疗效和用药安全。Objective To explore the significance of pharmacy care in a young female patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)combined with complicated skin and soft tissue infections(cSSTI).Methods Clinical pharmacists participate in the whole process of patient diagnosis and treatment activities,carry out pharmaceutical ward rounds,evaluate patients'conditions and medication status,assist doctors in formulating drug treatment plans and adjusting medication in time,and implement pharmaceutical monitoring to deal with adverse reactions.Results The infection was effectively controlled,and complications and blood sugar returned to normal.Conclusion By participating in clinical treatment practice,clinical pharmacists assist doctors in formulating drug treatment plans and implementing pharmaceutical monitoring,which is conducive to improving the drug efficacy and drug safety of diabetic patients with complex skin and soft tissue infections.
