摘　　要：随着科技不断的进步,各类现代化管理技术和工具被应用到建筑工程管理工作中,对解决工程问题、作业安排等方面具有重大帮助。文章从建筑工程现代化和精细化管理特点入手,分析了现代化和精细化开展产生的作用,从多个角度对现代化和精细化管理模式构建对策进行了探讨,旨在为相关管理人员提供参考。With the continuous advancement of technology,various modern management techniques and tools have been applied to construction project management work,which has significant help in solving engineering problems,scheduling operations,and other aspects.Starting from the characteristics of modernization and refined management in construction engineering,this article analyzes the role of modernization and refined management,and explores the construction strategies of modernization and refined management models from multiple perspectives,aiming to provide reference for relevant management personnel.
