摘　　要：加固改造是指对现有建筑或结构进行技术性改造,以提高其强度、稳定性和承载能力的过程。加固改造可以应对多种情况,如结构老化、设计缺陷、自然灾害、结构受外力扰动等,从而延长建筑的使用寿命,保障人们的生命和财产安全。文章首先通过文献综述梳理了加固改造领域的相关理论和前人研究成果,为后续的实证研究提供理论基础;接着采用了案例分析法,选取了典型的加固改造技术进行深入研究;最后,通过实地考察和访谈,收集了大量资料,为加固改造方案的制定提供了有力支持。Reinforcement renovation refers to the process of technical modification of existing buildings or structures to improve their strength,stability,and load-bearing capacity.Reinforcement and renovation can cope with various situations,such as structural aging,design defects,natural disasters,and external disturbances,thereby extending the service life of buildings and ensuring the safety of people's lives and property.The article first reviews the relevant theories and previous research results in the field of reinforcement and renovation through literature review,providing a theoretical basis for subsequent empirical research;Then,the case analysis method was adopted,and typical reinforcement and renovation techniques were selected for in-depth research;Finally,through on-site inspections and interviews,a large amount of data was collected,providing strong support for the formulation of reinforcement and renovation plans.
