摘　　要：石膏基材料在住宅工程墙面与地面中的应用对提升工程质量、控制工程成本等方面有着重要作用,且具有广阔的应用前景。文章结合具体项目,分析了石膏基材料在住宅工程中的应用优势,论证了能有效规避墙面与地面空鼓开裂等质量隐患的优化措施,能在保证成本可控的同时提高施工质量和进度,可供后续项目学习和借鉴。The application of gypsum based materials in residential engineering walls and floors plays an important role in improving engineering quality,controlling engineering costs,and has broad application prospects.The article analyzes the application advantages of gypsum based materials in residential engineering based on specific projects,and demonstrates optimization measures that can effectively avoid quality hazards such as hollowing and cracking of walls and floors.It can improve construction quality and progress while ensuring controllable costs,which can be used as a reference for subsequent projects.
