摘　　要：文章以某住宅项目为例,分析了施工图预算编制原则及方法,与施工图预算对比分析项目超投原因,并基于施工图预算提出造价控制方法,提升造价控制水平,实现降本增效,为建筑企业持续发展打下坚实基础。The article takes a residential project as an example to analyze the principles and methods of preparing construction drawing budgets,compare and analyze the reasons for project overruns with construction drawing budgets,and propose cost control methods based on construction drawing budgets to improve cost control levels,achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement,and lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of construction enterprises.
