摘 要:随着我国大城市人口密度的迅速增长,特别是大型商业设施、医疗机构以及高层住宅区的密集化建设,人们对地下空间的需求日益增加,这使得岩土工程勘察的应用显得尤为重要。在湖北省某多层地下室的岩土工程勘察中,面对复杂的地质情况,勘察方遵循“安全优先,经济考量其次”的原则,综合应用原位测试及实验室试验,对基坑开挖的稳定性进行了分析,并建议在基坑施工期间应采用排桩支护来确保坑壁稳定,采用人工挖孔桩作为桩基施工方案,这对提升建筑物整体的稳定性具有重要作用。With the rapid growth of population density in major cities in China,especially the intensive construction of large commercial facilities,medical institutions,and high-rise residential areas,people's demand for underground space is increasing day by day,which makes the application of geotechnical engineering investigation particularly important.In the geotechnical engineering survey of a multi story basement in Hubei Province,facing complex geological conditions,the survey party followed the principle of“safety first,economic considerations second”,comprehensively applied in-situ testing and laboratory testing,analyzed the stability of the excavation of the foundation pit,and suggested that pile support should be used during the construction of the foundation pit to ensure the stability of the pit wall,and manual excavation piles should be used as the pile foundation construction plan,which plays an important role in improving the overall stability of the building.
