摘　　要：从项目策划、设计、施工到最终维护的每一个环节,精细化管理都至关重要。文章深入探讨了精细化管理在建筑工程项目中的应用,揭示了其如何为项目的成功实施提供坚实的基础。通过案例分析,发现采用精细化管理不仅能够提高工程效率,还能显著降低成本,同时确保工程质量和安全,为建筑工程项目的全方位管理提供关键支持。From project planning,design,construction to final maintenance of each link,refined management is essential.This paper deeply discusses the application of fine management in construction projects,and reveals how it provides a solid foundation for the successful implementation of the project.Through the case analysis,it is found that the use of refined management can not only improve the engineering efficiency,but also significantly reduce the cost,and ensure the engineering quality and safety,providing key support for the comprehensive management of construction projects.
