摘  要:传统故障诊断方法通常依赖于技术人员的经验和直觉,导致诊断效率、准确性、实时性、预测性以及对复杂故障的处理能力等方面都存在明显不足。燃气调压器智能故障诊断与分析系统凭借其高效、准确、实时、预测性强等特点,在设备故障诊断领域具有显著优势。文章主要对燃气调压器常见故障及排除方法进行了总结,并应用算法实现调压器智能故障诊断分析和故障预警功能,为设备故障诊断带来了革命性的变化,降低了运维成本,还融合了专家的知识和经验,为设备的稳定可靠运行提供了有力保障。Traditional fault diagnosis methods usually rely on the experience and intuition of technicians,and there are obvious deficiencies in diagnosis efficiency,accuracy,real-time,predictability and the ability to deal with complex faults.The intelligent fault diagnosis and analysis system of gas regulator has significant advantages in the field of equipment fault diagnosis with its characteristics of high efficiency,accuracy,real-time and strong predictability.This paper mainly summarizes the common faults and troubleshooting methods of the gas pressure regulator,and applies the algorithm to realize the intelligent fault diagnosis and analysis and fault early warning function of the pressure regulator,which has brought revolutionary changes to the equipment fault diagnosis,reduced the operation and maintenance cost,and also integrates the knowledge and experience of experts,providing a strong guarantee for the stable and reliable operation of the equipment.
