摘 要:饲养管理策略与生长性能和健康密切相关。在畜牧业中,通过制定合理的饲养管理策略,可以有效调整动物摄取食物的时间、次数或摄入的能量,进而影响动物机体生长、饲料效率。其中,禁食与饲喂频率对畜禽机体血糖稳定、脂质代谢调节以及疾病预防都具有重要意义,保持良好的糖、脂代谢对维持机体健康至关重要。本文主要综述禁食与饲喂频率对畜禽的糖、脂代谢相关分子机制,以期为畜禽生产选择适宜的饲喂模式提供理论依据,为有效预防畜禽机体代谢功能障碍提供营养策略。Feeding management strategies are closely related to growth performance and health.In animal husbandry,the time,frequency or energy intake of animals can be effectively adjusted by formulating reasonable feeding management strategies,which in turn affects the growth and feed efficiency of animals.Among them,the frequency of fasting and feeding is of great significance to the blood glucose stability,lipid metabolism regulation and disease prevention of livestock and poultry.Maintaining good glucose and lipid metabolism is very important to maintain the health of the body.This article mainly reviews the molecular mechanisms of fasting and feeding frequency on glucose and lipid metabolism in livestock and poultry,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the selection of appropriate feeding patterns for livestock and poultry production,and provide nutritional strategies for the effective prevention of metabolic dysfunction in livestock and poultry.
