扁平型PP单丝纺丝成型工艺研究

摘  要:文章利用口模及后加工工艺的变化,分别制得3种不同截面形状的扁平型聚丙烯(PP)单丝,研究冷却水温、拉伸温度、拉伸倍率等工艺参数对扁平型PP单丝力学性能的影响。结果表明,当PP扁丝的冷却水温控制在30℃左右、拉伸温度控制在130℃左右、拉伸倍率控制在7.0倍左右时,其断裂强度最大。其中,在相同的条件下,膜裂丝断裂强度大于方形口模和圆形口模挤出的PP扁丝,而圆形口模挤出的PP扁丝的断裂强度最小。当热定型温度控制在150℃时,扁平型PP单丝具有最大的断裂强度。Three types of polypropylene(PP)film tape with different cross sectional shapes were prepared by changing the shape of die and post processing technology.The cooling water temperature,stretching temperature,stretching ratio and other parameters in different size were studied to figure out how to affect the mechanical properties of PP film tape monofilaments.The results showed that the breaking strength of PP film tape filament was the greatest when the cooling water temperature was around 30℃,stretching temperature was 130℃and stretching ratio was around 7.0.At the same condition,the breaking strength of membrane rupture filament by cutting the film was greater than that of the PP flat filament extruded by the square die and circular die,and the breaking strength of film tape squeezed by circle die was the least.When the heat setting temperature was controlled in 150℃,PP film tape had the maximum breaking strength.
