摘 要:PE UD防弹板的层间强度对自身的防弹能力有显著影响,文章根据调整PE UD防弹板的层间强度研究了PE UD布层压板的层间强度与防弹性能的关系。在一定范围内,随着PE UD布层压板层间强度的增大,防弹性能先上升后下降,存在一个防弹性能最优点,对于防御1.1 g破片弹而言,最优的层间强度为3.0 kN/m;对于7.62 mm×39 mm低碳钢芯弹(MSC)而言,最优的层间强度为2.5 kN/m。随着PE UD布层间强度的增大,平均背凸呈明显下降趋势。The interlayer strength of PE UD bulletproof board has a significant impact on its own bulletproof ability.This paper studied the relationship between interlayer strength and bulletproof performance of PE UD fabric laminates by adjusting the interlayer strength of PE UD bulletproof board.Within a certain range,as the interlayer strength of PE UD fabric laminates increases,the bulletproof performance first increases and then decreases.There is an optimal bulletproof performance,and for defending against 1.1 g fragmentation bullets,the optimal interlayer strength is 3.0 kN/m;for the 7.62 mm×39 mm mild steel core(MSC),the optimal interlayer strength is 2.5 kN/m.As the interlayer strength of PE UD fabric laminates increases,the average backface deformation shows a significant downward trend.
