摘 要:针对某矿采煤机行走轮使用过程中出现使用时间短、齿面磨损严重的问题,初步确定了导向滑靴磨损大、销排局部齿形损坏严重、推溜过急等可能影响因素。利用三维软件构建销齿啮合模型,以上述影响因素为研究对象进行了动力学及强度分析,结合现场情况确定了损坏原因,提出了减少行走轮损坏的建议。经改进后,行走轮再未发生短时磨损严重问题,证明效果良好。In response to the problems of short service time and severe tooth surface wear during the use of the walking wheel of shearer in a certain mine,factors has been preliminarily determined,such as the wear of guide shoe,severe damage to the local tooth shape of the pin-rail,and scraper conveyor moving too quickly.A 3D software was used to construct the meshing model of the pin teeth,and dynamic and strength analysis were conducted on the above-mentioned influencing factors as the research object.Based on the on-site situation,the cause of damage was determined,and suggestions for reducing damage to the walking wheel were given.After improvement,the walking wheel no longer experienced the serious short-term wear problem,and the effect was proved to be efficient.
