煤矿灾害监测预警与融合展现平台研究

摘　　要：灾害监测预警是智能化矿山的重点建设内容和验收要求。针对当前煤矿灾害监测预警数据接入规范不完整、地质保障系统三维模型不能共享、灾害监测预警结果无法融合展现等突出问题,制定了井巷工程地理信息、地质体及设备三维模型、灾害监测预警、灾害应急处置等数据的接入规范,研究了数据采集治理与存储、三维模型的快速构建和实时渲染、多种灾害监测预警融合展现等技术,研发了煤矿灾害监测预警与融合展现平台。现场应用表明,该平台利用已有地质保障系统建设成果,实现了基于三维模型的监测预警数据的融合展现,有效提升了煤矿灾害监测预警的表达能力,为煤矿安全生产和灾害应急处置提供了技术支撑。Disaster monitoring and early warning are the key construction contents and acceptance requirements of intelligent mines.In view of the outstanding problems such as incomplete access specifications for coal mine disaster monitoring and early warning data,the inability to share the three-dimensional model of the geological support system and the inability to integrate and display the disaster monitoring and early warning results,access specifications for data such as shaft and roadway engineering geographic information,geological bodies and equipment three-dimensional models,disaster monitoring and early warning,and disaster emergency response have been formulated.The technologies such as data collection management and storage,rapid construction and real-time rendering of three-dimensional models,and integrated display of multiple disaster monitoring and early warning have been studied,and a coal mine disaster monitoring,early warning and integrated display platform has been developed.The field applications show that this platform uses the existing geological support system construction results to realize the integrated display of monitoring and early warning data based on three-dimensional model,effectively improve the expression ability of coal mine disaster monitoring and early warning,and provide technical support for coal mine production safety and disaster emergency response.
