中国冰雪旅游产业融合发展的自组织演化机制研究

摘　　要：产业融合发展已成为推动我国冰雪旅游产业转型或升级的新动能。运用文献研究法与逻辑分析法系统分析我国冰雪旅游产业融合发展的自组织演化机制,以期为我国冰雪旅游产业融合发展提供理论参考。中国冰雪旅游产业融合发展的自组织演化特征包括复杂性增强与多级化的螺旋式演化、突变与渐变的交织性演化、自提速与自减速的变速式演化。经分析认为:1)我国冰雪旅游产业融合发展具有开放性、非均衡发展状态、非线性与涨落性的耗散结构特点,具备自组织演化的前提条件;2)冰雪旅游消费升级、冰雪旅游产业的企业之间竞争加剧以及政府的宏观调控分别以动力催化、动力激发、动力维持的方式促进我国冰雪旅游产业融合发展形成自组织演化的动力;3)我国冰雪旅游产业融合发展通过分解重组、嵌入渗透、相互延伸3个路径完成自组织演化的全过程。Industrial integration and development has become a new driving force to promote the transformation or upgrading of the ice and snow tourism industry and cultivate new advantages in market competition.This paper systematically analyzes the self-organization evolution mechanism of the integrated development of China’s ice and snow tourism industry by using literature research method and logic analysis method,in order to provide theoretical reference for the integrated development of China’s ice and snow tourism industry.The characteristics of the self-organizing evolution of the integrated development of China’s ice and snow tourism industry include the spiral evolution of complexity enhancement and multilevel,the interweaving evolution of mutation and gradual change,and the variable speed evolution of self-acceleration and self-deceleration.The analysis shows that:1)the integrated development of China's ice and snow tourism industry conforms to the characteristics of open,non-equilibrium,non-linear and fluctuating dissipative structure,and has the prerequisite for self-organization evolution;2)The upgrading of ice and snow tourism consumption,the intensification of competition among ice and snow tourism enterprises,and the macro-control of the government form the driving force of self-organization evolution through dynamic catalysis,dynamic stimulation and dynamic maintenance;3)The integrated development of ice and snow tourism industry completes the whole process of self-organization evolution through three evolutionary paths:decomposition and reorganization,embeddedness and penetration,and mutual extension.
