摘  要:根据双管正激同步整流电路预期特性指标需求,综合考虑电路开关频率、变压器体积、损耗和温升等因素,给出了变换器电路中平面变压器的详细设计方案。首先介绍了电路原理和设计参数指标要求,然后给出了参数计算与设计,包括设定磁通密度变化量、磁芯选择、确定变压器绕组匝数。接着介绍了其他设计考虑因素,包括磁芯安全性、励磁电流占比、变压器损耗及磁心温升。最后采用Ansys/Icepak有限元分析软件建模,分析了变压器绕组和磁芯的温升在合理范围内。基于此,制备了变压器样件,实测结果表明变压器的电气性能参数满足设计要求,研制样件测试结果证明了变压器设计合理、有效。The detailed designing scheme of planar transformer used in converter is given considering switching frequency,volume,power loss and temperature rise of transformer based on the requirement of special and expected performance of dual switch forward converter with synchronous rectifier.Firstly,principle and special and expected performance as designing parameter for dual switch forward converter with synchronous rectifier are introduced.Secondly,design and parameter calculation of planar transformer in converter are provided,including setting of change about density of magnetic flux,selecting of core and decision of turn on windings.Subsequently,the work of checking on designing of transformer is finished,including degree of core saturation,ratio of exciting current,calculation on power loss and temperature rise of transformer.Lastly,temperature rise of transformer is estimated using Ansys/Icepak finite element analysis software for designing transformer by modeling.The experiment proves that electronic performance agrees with designing requirement,temperature rise of winding and core in the high frequency planar transformer is reasonable,and testifies that the design of planar transformer is achieved and reasonable by the testing performance of transformer sample.
