米非司酮与醋酸曲普瑞林联合治疗子宫肌瘤的应用效果对比分析

摘　　要：目的探讨米非司酮与醋酸曲普瑞林联用用药对子宫肌瘤的作用效果。方法方便选取2022年10月—2023年10月厦门弘爱妇产医院收治的86例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,根据患者用药方案的差异,分成对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组采用米非司酮治疗,观察组采用米非司酮与醋酸曲普瑞林联合用药,均治疗3个月。分析两组的临床效果、激素水平、血清学指标、肌瘤体积与不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为97.67%(42/43),高于对照组的81.39%(35/43),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.468,P=0.035)。治疗后,观察组激素水平、血清学指标、肌瘤体积均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论米非司酮和醋酸曲普瑞林联合用于子宫肌瘤的治疗,可有效降低患者的激素水平,促进肌瘤组织萎缩,药物不良反应少,效果安全且可靠。Objective To investigate the effect of mifepristone combined with triptorelin acetate on uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 86 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to Xiamen Humanity Maternity Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to the differences in medication regimens,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone,and the observation group was treated with mifepristone combined with triptore-lin acetate for 3 months.The clinical effects,hormone levels,serological indicators,fibroid volume and adverse reac-tions of the two groups were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.67%(42/43),which was higher than 81.39%(35/43)in the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(χ^(2)=4.468,P=0.035).After treatment,the hormone levels,serological indexes and fibroid volume in the ob-servation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined use of mifepristone and triptorelin acetate for the treatment of uterine fibroids can effectively reduce patinets'hormone levels,promote fibroid tissue atrophy,and have fewer adverse drug reactions.The effect is safe and reliable.
