CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检的诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检的诊断价值。方法选取100例肺部疾病患者作为研究对象,对所有患者进行CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检,以手术病理作为金标准,分析CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检的诊断准确率。结果手术病理诊断结果显示,腺癌、鳞状细胞癌、大小细胞癌、腺鳞癌、腺样囊性癌、良性疾病分别为30、25、15、8、2、20例;CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检诊断显示,腺癌、鳞状细胞癌、大小细胞癌、腺鳞癌、腺样囊性癌、良性疾病分别为29、25、15、8、2、19例。以手术病理作为金标准,CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检对腺癌、鳞状细胞癌、大小细胞癌、腺鳞癌、腺样囊性癌、良性疾病的诊断准确率及诊断总准确率分别为96.67%(29/30)、100.00%(25/25)、100.00%(15/15)、100.00%(8/8)、100.00%(2/2)、95.00%(19/20)、98.00%(98/100)。结论CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检的诊断价值很高,肺部疾病诊断准确率很高,可以改善治疗及预后结局,对后续针对性治疗方案的实施具有积极意义,推广价值高。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy.Methods 100 patients with lung diseases were selected as the research subjects,and CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy was performed on all enrolled patients.Surgical pathology was used as the gold standard to analyze the diagnostic accuracy of CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy.Results The surgical pathology showed that there were 30 cases of adenocarcinoma,25 cases of squamous cell carcinoma,25 cases of large and small cell carcinoma,15 cases of adenosquamous carcinoma,8 cases of adenoid cystic carcinoma and 20 cases of benign disease.CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy showed 29 cases of adenocarcinoma,25 cases of squamous cell carcinoma,15 cases of large and small cell carcinoma,8 cases of adenosquamous carcinoma,2 cases of adenoid cystic carcinoma and 19 cases of benign disease.With surgical pathology as the gold standard,the diagnostic accuracy of CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy for adenocarcinoma,squamous cell carcinoma,large and small cell carcinoma,adenosquamous carcinoma,adenoid cystic carcinoma and benign disease were 96.67%(29/30),100.00%(25/25),100.00%(15/15),100.00%(8/8)and 100.0(2/2),95.00%(19/20),and the total diagnostic accuracy was 98.00%(98/100).Conclusion CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy is of high value,and it can improve the treatment and prognosis outcome,which has positive significance for the implementation of subsequent targeted treatment programs,and has high promotion value.
