米非司酮联合米索前列醇在早期人工流产中的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究米非司酮联合米索前列醇在早期人工流产中的应用效果。方法90例早期人工流产患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组患者采取无痛人工流产手术,观察组患者采取米非司酮片联合米索前列醇后再进行无痛人工流产手术。对比两组患者宫颈扩张效果、术中及术后指标、人工流产综合征发生情况。结果观察组患者宫颈扩张总有效率97.78%显著高于对照组的82.22%(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后阴道流血时间(4.68±1.56)d、手术总时间(4.05±0.86)min短于对照组的(6.90±2.37)d、(5.31±1.18)min,术中出血量(5.31±1.18)ml、麻醉用药总剂量(14.47±2.25)ml少于对照组的(42.27±13.70)、(18.50±5.13)ml(P<0.05)。观察组患者人工流产综合征发生率6.67%低于对照组的22.22%(P<0.05)。结论早期人工流产患者实施米非司酮联合米索前列醇用药后再进行无痛人工流产手术,可提升患者的宫颈扩张情况,减少手术总时间和术中出血量,提高患者治疗安全性,利于快速预后,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in early abortion.Methods 90 patients with early abortion were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with painless abortion,and the observation group was treated with mifepristone tablets combined with misoprostol before painless abortion.The effect of cervical dilation,intraoperative and postoperative indicators and the occurrence of induced abortion syndrome were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of cervical dilation was 97.78%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 82.22%in the control group(P<0.05).The duration of postoperative vaginal bleeding and total operation time were(4.68±1.56)d and(4.05±0.86)min in the observation group,which were shorter than(6.90±2.37)d and(5.31±1.18)min in the control group;the intraoperative blood loss and total anesthetic dose were(5.31±1.18)and(14.47±2.25)ml in the observation group,which were lower than(42.27±13.70)and(18.50±5.13)ml in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of induced abortion syndrome was 6.67%in the observation group,which lower than 22.22%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with early abortion,the implementation of mifepristone combined with misoprostol before painless abortion can enhance the cervical dilatation of patients,reduce the total operation time and intraoperative blood loss,improve the safety of treatment,and facilitate rapid prognosis,which is worthy of reference.
