摘　　要：目的探索我国公立中医医院高质量发展的实现路径。方法采用问卷调查法收集全国67家公立中医医院相关数据,使用模糊集定性比较分析方法进行组态分析。结果共有3种高质量发展路径:综合驱动型、文化素养主导型、“医防融合+中医特色”整合型。结论公立中医医院高质量发展需要综合考虑内部管理和外部环境因素,通过灵活选择和组合不同的发展策略来实现高质量发展。Objective To explore the realization path of high-quality development of public traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)hospitals in China.Methods Questionnaire survey was used to collect data of 67 public TCM hospitals in China,and fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis method was used for configuration analysis.Results There were three high-quality development paths,including comprehensive driving type,cultural literacy leading type,"medical and preventive integration plus TCM characteristic"integration type.Conclusion The high-quality development of public TCM hospitals need to comprehensively consider internal management and external environmental factors,and flexibly select and combine various development strategies.
