乡村振兴背景下艺术乡建的价值、困境与路径研究

摘　　要：在乡村振兴背景下,艺术乡建以一种特殊的视角、方式和力量,介入乡村,参与乡村的规划、设计、建设和运营,对推进生态宜居、产业兴旺和乡风文明,具有重要价值和独特优势。针对各地艺术乡建面临的诸如村民作为主体性力量却内生动力不足、艺术乡建的在地要求与艺术家作为“他者”介入相冲突、因缺乏系统性规划呈现艺术元素破碎等困难和问题,需要包括基层政府、艺术家及其相关社会组织、乡村居民在内的多元主体形成合力、实现突围。以党建为引领、以乡建为旨归、以家建为依托,基层政府“搭台唱戏”、艺术家“赋能启智”、激活村民内生动力的“三建合一”的模式,不失为一条行之有效的破局路径。Under the background of rural revitalization,art rural construction intervenes in the countryside and participates in the planning,design,construction and operation of the countryside with a special perspective,way and power,which has an important value and a unique advantage for the promotion of ecological livability,industrial prosperity and civilisation of the countryside.In view of the difficulties and problems faced by local art township construction,such as the lack of endogenous motivation of villagers as the main force,the conflicts between the local requirements of art township construction and the intervention of artists as"others",and the fragmentation of art elements due to the lack of systematic planning,it is necessary to form a synergy and achieve a breakthrough among multiple subjects including grass-roots governments,artists and their related social organizations,and rural residents.The"three constructions into one"model,which is guided by Party building,aimed at the township building,and supported by home building,is an effective way to change the current situation,with grass-roots governments"setting up a stage to sing","artists empowering and enlightening",and"activating the endogenous motivation of villagers".
