摘　　要：党的二十大提出要“提高城市规划、建设、治理水平”,如何引领和推动城乡规划专业与行业的治理转向是新时代赋予规划界的重要使命。当前国际、国内形势发生重大变化,城市发展逻辑、动力机制发生转变,塑造地域特色风貌不仅是贯彻以“人民为中心”的理念,还是孕育新质生产力的手段。探讨如何塑造地域特色风貌,对于助推城市高质量发展有着十分重要的意义。因此,本刊编辑部以“地域特色风貌与治理实践”为主题组织学术笔谈,探讨保护、传承和建设地域特色风貌城市的理论与方法。The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to"improve the level of urban planning,construction,and governance".How to lead and promote the governance shift of urban and rural planning profession and industry is an important mission entrusted to the planning industry in the new era.The current international and domestic situation has undergone significant changes,and the logic and driving mechanism of urban development has changed simultaneously.Shaping regional characteristics is not only a means of implementing the concept of"putting the people at the center",but also a means of nurturing new-quality productive forces.Exploring how to shape regional characteristics and styles is significant for promoting high-quality urban development.Therefore,the editorial department of this magazine organizes academic discussions on the theme of"Regional Characteristics and Governance Practices"to explore the theories and methods of protecting,inheriting,and building cities with regional characteristics and styles.
