摘　　要：目的运用刘完素学术思想,指导中医药治疗。方法学习刘完素《素问玄机原病式》“诸寒收引,皆属肾水”、亢害承制、阳热怫郁等论述,求本探源,解读发微,标向临床,归纳总结。结果慢性肾功能衰竭因肾脏病变属中医癥积,异常升高的血肌酐属中医痰毒。癥积、痰毒为肾水亢盛,脾湿承而制之,寒兼湿化而致,依照“阳化气,阴成形”理论,统归阴寒之邪;阳气抗之,阳热怫郁,可有热的表现。治疗以攻邪为本,主要施以辛咸温燥之剂,祛寒散积软坚化痰;酌情辅以清热利下发汗降浊诸法。结论慢性肾功能衰竭从寒论治具有充分的理论依据。Objective To improve the therapeutic methods of traditional chinese medicine(TCM)based on LIU Wansu s academic theory.Methods Learning and summarizing the perspectives in Suwen Xuanji Yuanbingshi written by LIU Wansu,including“Zhuhan Shouyin,Jieshu Shenshui”,“Kanghai Chengzhi”and“Yangre Fuyu”.Results Chronic renal failure corresponding Zhengji in TCM,and the elevated creatinine corresponding Tandu in TCM were caused by Shenshui Kangyi.With the Pi Ke Shen,Shi and Hanxie band together.According to the theory of“Yang Huaqi,Yin Chengxing”,they are both Yinxie.When Yangre Fuyu,the body is hot.Gongxie is the fundamental principle of treatment.Choose the traditional Chinese medicine that belongs to Xin,Xian,Wen,Zao.At the same time,the following methods can be combined:Qingre,Lixia,Fahan,Jiangzhuo.Conclusion There is sufficient theoretical basis for the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency from Han.
