摘 要:涡轮增压缸内直喷柴油机的润滑油中普遍存在不同程度的燃油稀释现象,并直接影响润滑油的抗磨、清净等多方面的性能。我国的润滑油评价方法长期等效采用ASTM方法,而ASTM方法中缺少针对润滑油抗燃油稀释影响的评定方法。使用国内自主品牌小型柴油发动机开发建立了燃油稀释条件下润滑油性能的综合评价方法,即《柴油机油综合性能的评定2.0CTI法》。通过对试验后发动机零部件的评分,评价润滑油的抗磨性能、高温清净性能等。结果显示:经过多次对比试验和多次验证试验,提出的200h台架试验评定方法在发动机的排气凸轮轴磨损、活塞清净评价和增压器沉积物等主要评价项目上具有明显的重复性和区分性,试验方法满足评定燃油稀释下润滑油综合性能的要求,评定结果可以指导润滑油配方的开发。Turbocharged Direct-Injection Diesel Engines generally have fuel dilution on lubricating oils in different degrees,which directly affects the anti-wear,cleanliness and other performance of lubricating oils.The evaluation method of lubricating oil in China is equivalent to ASTM method for a long time,however,there is no engine bench evaluation test method for the dilution effect of lubricating oils.The laboratory developed a comprehensive evaluation method for lubricating oil performance under the condition of fuel dilution using small diesel engines of domestic brands,namely“Evaluation of comprehensive performance of diesel engine oils 2.0 CTI method”.This method evaluates the anti-wear performance and high temperature cleaning performance of the lubricating oil by scoring the engine parts after the test.The results show that:after comparative experiments and verification tests,the 200h bench test evaluation method proposed in this paper has significant causticity,good repeatability and discrimination in the main evaluation items of engine exhaust camshaft wear,piston cleanliness evaluation and turbocharger deposits,and the test method meets the requirements of evaluating the impact of fuel dilution on the comprehensive performance of lubricating oil.The evaluation results can guide the development of lubricating oil formulation.
