摘 要:针对双金属复合管侧壁开孔处因无耐腐蚀层而易发生腐蚀的问题,采用机械氩弧堆焊的方法在API 5L X65+625 Clad管材侧壁制备了ERNiCrMo-3镍基耐腐蚀层,并与传统手工氩弧制备的耐腐蚀层的组织和性能进行了对比研究。研究结果显示:采用机械氩弧堆焊方法具有更高的生产效率、更低的热输入且制备的镍基耐腐蚀层具有良好的成形性、优异的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能,符合工程设计要求,可推广应用于石油天然气领域。其中,机械氩弧制备的镍基耐腐蚀层显微组织较手工堆焊更细小且无金属间化合物、碳化物、氮化物等析出相;堆焊层、热影响区、基材的平均显微硬度分别为226 HV、200 HV、179 HV,较手工氩弧堆焊层硬度低且未见局部硬化区域;同时耐腐蚀层具有更低的稀释率,铁元素含量仅为5.74%,耐腐蚀当量PREN高达50,表现出良好耐点蚀能力;ASTM G28-2(2015)方法A试验条件下晶间腐蚀仅为0.437 mm/y,表现出良好的耐晶间腐蚀能力。In order to solve the problem that the side wall of bimetallic composite pipe is easy to corrode without corrosion resistant layer,this paper adopted the method of Mechanical Gas tungsten arc welding to prepare ERNiCrMo-3 Ni-based cor‐rosion resistant layer on the side inner wall of API 5L X65Q+625 Clad pipe and and comparative study of manual argon arc corrosion-resistant layer of the preparation of the organization and performance.The results show that mechanical argon arc welding has higher efficiency and lower heat input than manual argon arc welding.The nickel-based cladding layer has good forming,excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.Among them,the mechanical argon arc welding prepara‐tion of nickel-based corrosion resistant layer microstructure is finer than the manual cladding and no intermetallic com‐pounds,carbides,nitrides and other precipitation phases;cladding layer,heat-affected zone,the average microhardness of the substrate were 226 HV,200 HV,179 HV.Mechanical cladding layer have lower microhardness than manual argon arc cladding layer and did not have local hardening area;At the same time,corrosion-resistant layer has a lower dilution rate,the iron element content is 5.74%,corrosion resistance equivalent PREN up to 50,showing good resistance to pitting corrosion;ASTM G28-2(2015)method A test conditions of intergranular corrosion is only 0.437 mm/y,showing good resistance to in‐tergranular corrosion performance.
