摘 要:热孔计法(TPM)可根据受限空间内液-固相转变温度的变化程度,推算材料中的孔径尺寸和分布、孔体积及内表面积。以湿法纺丝制备的聚丙烯腈(PAN)凝固丝为研究对象,通过优化试样处理方法和测试条件,建立TPM表征PAN凝固丝孔结构参数的方法。研究结果表明:TPM的可测孔径范围为1.7~50 nm;制样方法和测试条件均影响TPM的测试结果,测试前须对PAN凝固丝进行冷冻干燥,且制样时还需控制水分比不小于2.84 g/g;PAN凝固丝的孔结构参数适合通过连续法升温方式进行表征,且最佳升温速率为1.0℃/min。Thermoporometry(TPM)can be used to calculate the pore size and distribution,pore volume and internal surface area of materials according to the change degree of liquid-solid phase transition temperature in confined space.Taking wet-spun polyacrylonitrile(PAN)coagulated fiber as the research object,a set of methods for characterizing the pore structure parameters of PAN coagulated fiber by TPM were established through optimizing the sample treatment methods and test conditions.The resulTSshowed that the measurable pore size of TPM ranged from 1.7 nm to 50 nm.Both the sample preparation methods and the test conditions affected the test resulTSof TPM.The PAN coagulated fibers should be freeze-dried before test,and the water ratio should be controlled not less than 2.84 g/g during the sample preparation.The pore structure parameters of PAN coagulated fibers were suitable to be characterized by continuous heating method,and the optimal heating rate was 1.0℃/min.
