摘 要:职业技能培训效果评价具有影响因素多和影响指标评价主观的特点,实际操作起来存在一定的困难,使用基于模糊理论和AHP的评价模型可以较好地解决上述问题。针对职业技能培训的特点创建了三级指标评价体系,指标兼顾了学员个人能力的提升和企业效益的需求,使用AHP理论确定了每个指标的权重,采用模糊理论构建出了职业技能培训效果评价模型。以某校企合作BIM技能培训项目为对象,采用该评价方法对项目的培训效果进行了评价,得出了培训效果为“良好”的结论。该评价模型对于职业技能培训效果评价具有较好的借鉴意义。The evaluation of vocational skills training effectiveness has the characteristics of multiple influencing factors and subjective evaluation of influencing indicators,which poses certain difficulties in practical operation.The use of evaluation models based on fuzzy theory and AHP can effectively solve the above problems.This article creates a three-level indicator evaluation system based on the characteristics of vocational skills training.The indicators take into account the improvement of individual abilities of students and the needs of enterprise efficiency.The weight of each indicator is determined using AHP theory,and a fuzzy theory is used to construct an evaluation model for the effectiveness of vocational skills training.The article takes a BIM skills training project in cooperation with a certain school enterprise as the object,and uses this evaluation method to evaluate the training effect of the project,and concludes that the training effect is"good".This evaluation model has good reference significance for evaluating the effectiveness of vocational skills training.
