摘  要:库区移民技能培训是促进移民增收致富的关键手段,在推动乡村全面振兴中发挥着重要作用。基于对湖南省新化县库区移民技能培训的深入研究,结合文献分析、问卷调查和实地访谈等多种方法,旨在探讨乡村振兴背景下库区移民技能培训的优化策略。研究结果显示,培训学员的参与意愿、培训资金的投入、培训内容的设置以及家庭收入的改善等是影响移民技能培训的重要因素。针对当前面临的现实困境,提出从转变培训观念、优化培训内容、升级培训设施及深化跟踪服务等多个方面提高库区移民技能培训水平,以期为库区移民技能培训工作的改进与发展提供参考。Skills training for migrants in reservoir areas is a crucial strategy to enhance their income and significantly contrib-utes to the overall revitalization of rural regions.This paper conducts an in-depth investigation into the skills training provided to res-ervoir migrants in Xinhua County,Hunan Province.Utilizing literature analysis alongside questionnaire surveys and field interviews,the paper aims to explore optimization strategies for skills training tailored to these migrants amid ongoing rural revitalization efforts.The findings indicate that key factors influencing migrants’skills training include trainees’willingness to participate,investment levels in training funds,curriculum design considerations,and enhancements in family income.Addressing current practical challen-ges faced by this demographic group,this paper proposes several recommendations aimed at improving skills training for reservoir mi-grants through shifts in training philosophy,optimization of course content,upgrading facilities,and enhancing follow-up services,thereby offering valuable insights for advancing skill development initiatives within these communities.
