湖南省高等教育布局和学科专业结构调整探究

摘　　要：高等教育布局和学科专业结构影响着省域高等教育的高质量发展。湖南省高等教育在“三高四新”战略宏伟蓝图引领下,其布局和学科专业结构调整成效明显,但仍然存在诸多问题。对此,要扬长补短,积极借鉴国内外高校的成功经验,引导高校分类、分赛道发展,分类实施学科共建工程,完善学科专业动态调整机制,提升省域科技创新体系整体效能,推进校城、产教融合和职普融通,形成省域高质量高等教育体系,不断提高高校服务地方的能力和水平。The layout of higher education and the structure of disciplines and specialties influence the high-quality development of higher education.Under the guidance of the ambitious blueprint of“three highs and four news”,the adjustment of the layout and discipline structure in higher education in Hunan Province has shown significant results,but there are still many issues to address.To improve this situation,it is necessary to leverage strengths and offset weaknesses by actively learning from the successful experi-ences of domestic and international universities.This includes guiding universities towards categorized and track-specific develop-ment,implementing collaborative discipline projects by category,perfecting the dynamic adjustment mechanism for disciplines and specialties,enhancing the overall effectiveness of the provincial scientific innovation system,promoting integration between universi-ties and cities,industries and education,as well as vocational and general education,thus forming a high-quality higher education system within the province and continuously enhancing the ability and level of universities to serve local areas.
