摘 要:针对内燃机车连挂救援复兴号动车组工况下的纵向动力学性能展开研究.通过建立列车—车钩缓冲器模型,详细考虑了钩缓系统的内部结构与运动关系,在此基础上开展了车钩作用力影响下的动力学性能研究、连挂救援动车组紧急制动分析、常用制动分析及救援动车组竖曲线安全性分析.通过上述研究得到车辆系统与车钩系统的动力学响应,并提出救援动车组紧急制动时的制动挡位限值.计算结果显示,内燃机车在直线上以40 km/h速度连挂救援复兴号动车组可行,在15‰以下长大坡道上允许施加紧急制动.To study the longitudinal dynamic performance of diesel locomotive multiple units named Fuxing for rescue under braking conditions,the detailed numerical model of the train-coupler system was established and the actual kinematic relations and hysteresis characteristics of the coupler gear model were considered.Then the dynamic response of the coupled rescue multiple units and the coupler/draft gear system under emergency braking,service braking as well as the vertical curve passing conditions were analysed.Through the research mentionaed above,the dynamiz ersponse between the vehicle system and the coupler system was obtained and the threshold value of the braking level was formulated.The calculation shows that it is feasible when the coupled rescue Fuxing multiple units runs at a speed of over 40 km/h,the emergeny braking can be conducted on a long ramp way with an angle smaller than 15‰.
