摘  要:目的探讨基于思维导图的护理宣教模式对骨质疏松性腰椎骨折患者的影响。方法以2021年1至12月在中山大学附属第八医院治疗的48例骨质疏松性腰椎骨折患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组(24例)和对照组(24例)。试验组患者予以基于思维导图的护理宣教模式,对照组患者予以传统护理宣教模式。比较两组患者健康教育效果、住院满意度、出院后依从性评分和腰椎功能评分。结果试验组患者在疾病基本介绍、诊断与治疗、功能康复与锻炼、日常生活知识四个方面的健康教育效果均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者住院满意度高于对照组患者(P<0.05);出院1个月时试验组患者的康复锻炼、用药、生活习惯依从性评分和腰椎功能评分及改善程度较对照组患者明显提高(P<0.05)。结论基于思维导图的护理宣教模式有助于加强患者对骨质疏松性腰椎骨折的认识,提高患者住院满意度和康复依从性,促进患者腰椎功能恢复。Objective To explore the effects of mindmap based nursing education model on patients with osteoporotic lumbar fracture.Methods Forty-eight patients with osteoporotic lumbar fracture treated in the Eighth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from January to December 2021 were recruited as the reasearch objects.All the patients were divided into experimental group(24 cases)and control group(24 cases)using the random number table.Patients in the experimental group was performed mindmap based nursing education,and patients in the control group was performed traditional nursing education.The effectiveness of health education,hospitalization satisfaction,compliance scores and lumbar spine function scores after discharge were accessed and compared between the two groups.Results For patients in the experimental group,the effects of health education of disease basic information,diagnosis and treatment,functional rehabilitation and exercise,and daily life knowledge were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Patients'satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher compared to that of the control group(P<0.05).One month after discharge,the compliance score in rehabilitation,medication and life style,as well as the lumbar functional score and the improvement rate of the experimental group were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mindmap based nursing education model could help strengthen patients'understanding of osteoporotic lumbar fractures,improve their hospitalization satisfaction and rehabilitation compliance,and promote the recovery of lumbar function.
