摘  要:酸枣为药食兼用的果树,原产于中国,现分布于世界各地。酸枣主要以酸枣仁入药,具有镇静安神的功效。在大健康环境下,酸枣仁市场需求量及价格逐年攀升,种植面积也在逐年扩大,酸枣产业发展潜力巨大,近些年受到国内外诸多专家学者的重视,对其开展了多方面的研究。综述了酸枣种质资源、育种栽培和组学技术等方面的研究进展,并基于酸枣研究在新时代新需求下面临的新挑战提出了几点建议,为酸枣的进一步深入研究和产业发展提供参考。Sour jujube(Ziziphus acidojujuba)is a fruit tree that can be used as both medicine and food.It is native to China and is now distributed around the world.Sour jujube is mainly used as medicine with Ziziphi Spinosae Semen(ZSS),which have the effect of calming and calming the mind.In the context of a healthy environment,the demand and price of the ZSS market have been increasing year by year,and the planting area has also been expanding year by year.In recent years,many experts and scholars at home and abroad have paid attention to it and conducted various studies on it.The article reviews the research progress in sour jujube germplasm resources,breeding and cultivation techniques,and omics techniques.Based on the new challenges faced by sour jujube research in the new era and new demands,several suggestions are proposed to provide reference for further in-depth research and industrial development of sour jujube.
